I have proven that the accused broke the rules.
Those "accusations" were made by ForceGhost as he was the one claiming them in his defense.
What rule are you accusing me of breaking?

What rule are you accusing me of breaking?
Randomly hitting someone with a baton without provable reasoning as well as leaving him handcuffed without calling the authorities.

Can you cite me the numbers of rules please?

3.1 - Your character needs to have a valid in-character reason for their actions, especially ones that harm or otherwise affect other players. The action needs to be appropriate.
3.3 - Do not do unrealistic things out of context (FailRP). Think of reasons for your actions and what you do and ask yourself if it’s realistic – e.g running around the city punching everyone as the President is FailRP. This also applies to unrealistic buildings out of context.
9.1 - As with everything else, you need an in-character reason to hostage someone. Do not call the emergency services just to hostage them, and do not hostage firemen/paramedics if they have to come into your base to do their job. You can ask for $2000 per hostage maximum, and you must release them once your demands have been met. You must look after your hostage the entire time – do not leave them tied up in a room alone.

Corruption has limits and should benefit your character, it does not allow you to go around beating up citizens for no reason or making up completely random arrest warrants. The Police Chief may not be corrupt without staff permission.
And what does the cop, mumble, get out of it?

Not having to deal with us, any incidents come up with the PD we'll make sure he's safe.
3.1 - Your character needs to have a valid in-character reason for their actions, especially ones that harm or otherwise affect other players. The action needs to be appropriate.
- I had a valid reason. I was paid by a business owner to commit an illegal activity while being part of a mafia family.
3.3 - Do not do unrealistic things out of context (FailRP). Think of reasons for your actions and what you do and ask yourself if it’s realistic – e.g running around the city punching everyone as the President is FailRP. This also applies to unrealistic buildings out of context.
- It's perfectly realistic for a member of the Mafia to threaten with a slight bit of violence a rival business owner.

- I didn't hostage you, I didn't cuff you, I didn't detain you. Also It shows that you were with someone on your evidence as there is a person stood 5 foot away from you.
3.1: I paid Forceghost 50k for protection and any other services i require i.e Hindering competition.
3.3: Giving someone a verbal threat with a small physical re-enforcement is not unrealistic for a crime family to do while leaning on people.
9.1: Fairly sure he didn't know u was cuffed but wasn't there for that bit so no comment for this 1
You still have not provided evidence of ever interacting with each other other than that money transfer which
cannot be connected to this via sound evidence.
How does a $50,000 payment from a mechanic to a crime family know for protection not have anything to do with this situation? thats like me saying the fact u where CUFFED by a cop has nothing to do with force hitting you with an ASP baton correct?
11.3 – You may be corrupt, but only if it does not directly endanger the lives of officers or civilians.
Allowing the member of a crime family to give someone 1 hit with an ASP baton is not endangering the lives of civilians of officers. Me beating the guy to death would have been but that isn't what happened.
I'm also not required to provide evidence, you are the one making the PR so you must provide the evidence.
PR Rule 2:
Quote:Evidence is a requirement, do not request log checks, include solid evidence for your report or do not post one.

Hitting someone in with an ASP baton and then not calling EMS is endangering the life of a civilian and could (if roleplayed realistically)
lead to lasting injuries as well as in serious cases (such as a hit to the head), death.
Evidence is a requirement, do not request log checks, include solid evidence for your report or do not post one.
This rule is regarding the accusation of rule breaking. I have provided the proof of the rule-breaking and am not asking for proof of rule breaking from anyone.
I am asking proof of you
not breaking the rules, which you simply cannot provide.
LL's medical system doesn't operate on a series of /mes and /its. It operates on a health bar and a player state system. I could have been aiming at your Big Toh for all you know. This is a Semi-Serious RP server.
Did you seek medical attention after you was released from your cuffs?
