Explain your suggestion, in detail: Add the option to give people a BOLO on the policedb.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Because at the moment you are only able to give two types of warrants in the db that is search and arrest, however BOLO should also be added so you are able to issue a BOLO whilst on the police database.

I see no reason why this shouldn't be added, it makes perfect sense and people are already using it.
