Explain your suggestion, in detail: Add a way to add personal music to the Radio we currently have.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Since we can't play custom music anymore because the Media Players got removed add a way to add songs to your own radio (either via Youtube links or just files on your computer). This adds more RP for some people like me trying to do DJ/Music Festival RP, The interactive screen is not a good replacement (Nobody uses it and when I do I crash so it's unstable)

Since the server already uses awesomium because of the interactive screens we might as well just have URL Based radio option

Could we also add support for having a radio stream so KEOC can be a actually radio people can listen too without the rubbish gmod codek
