Explain your suggestion, in detail: Make all the drugs IG place-able and consumable once place the same way food is place-able and consumable.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Along with a few other suggestions to make the drugs we have IG more useful and oriented to RP would be allowing players to place them down and consume them with E or their use keys. Would allow for some RPs not possible before or would further extend existing ones. An example i can think of would be if you were RPing a heroin addict laid out in a drug den then you could easily place down heroin for you and other junkies to use. This would also go well with player a character that abuses drugs or RPs selling them and maybe wants the buyer to try them so they know hes not a cop.

I noticed the poll i set up was buggy as its letting me vote which i thought you weren't able to vote on your own pole but im not sure what I did exactly. Any idea on fixing it?
