Explain your suggestion, in detail: Update Fire Department Models by changing the word "EvoCity" on the ass to "Rockford".
Also change the helmet color for the Fire Chief to White.

Also, if accepted and implemented, make sure you do the same for paramedic models as they currently still have EvoCity patches, too. The older models looked better too, but that's a different thing.
