Explain your suggestion, in detail: For there to be a notification sent to all members of the Fire Department (firefighters and paramedics) when a firefighter has been injured (unconscious) and requires a paramedic. This will allow the Firefighters to know when a firefighter is injured and start a rescue mission for said firefighter.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: The notification should be added because it will allow firefighters and paramedics to know when a firefighter has been injured and for the appropriate resources to be dedicated to the search and rescue of said firefighter. This will also alert the Paramedic and for them to be on standby to receive a firefighter who requires medical attention. This is also used in real life (its called a pass alarm) and therefore can enhance RP. Just without the audible sound.
Example:
"Firefighter Jake Thompson is injured at 190 Main Street and requires medical assistance!"
EDIT
An audible sound can also happen to alert firefighters that do not look at the chat.
