Explain your suggestion, in detail: Allow actions that go beyond the boundaries of jobs when there is a well developed character situation.
For example, a family dad has their home broken into and their kid kidnapped. He is told not to go to the police but within our rules, he can not take it into his own hands like Liam Neeson. It's a crisis and a job change is normally needed for these actions but makes sense for the person to rambo up and get their kid back while trying to keep them safe etc.
Say you are a police officer, saw your friends get executed and injured, you have their blood on your shirts but you apprehend the criminals but you are a good cop and not corrupt. You would want to take it out on the criminals.
You are a president, after slowly go dictatorish but there are cops going against you however there is a strong criminal group in the city which you can pay to hire to be your own police while they still continue their criminal activities you turn your head.
I know these could be roleplayed well but other times will just be used for an excuse. That's why I think we should only accept character developments that are logged like chat messages /it's /me's. They should also be done for more than a certain time, not just in a minute.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: allows roleplay freedom
