Here are some of my ideas for the drugs that seem REALLY neglected in Lime-Light.
Cocaine
[+] 150% HP, slowly goes down to 75% original HP
[+] Clearer view after 30 seconds, which then gets worse as it goes on.
[+] Way to produce it, effects get better with purity, and chances for the injured/sleep end being reduced.
[+] Cocaine dealer that can take it or distribute.
[-] 50% more damage, incase used when running away.
[-] Lasts for 2 minutes, last minute has a breathing sound, to signify you can't run as fast any more, then you have a 5% chance of becomming injured / asleep.

Shrooms
[+] +5 current HP
[-] Length of effects are random and are between 30 - 80 seconds
[-] Wierd sounds that happen, like zombie growls, footsteps
[-] Random props seem to appear infront of you

Meth
[+] Makes you run quickly for a couple seconds, depending on how long you run for that changes the amount of time you are slow for afterwards
[+] Hunger doesn't go down as fast
[+] Effects get better the better the purity
[+ / -] Everything becomes brighter
[-] Has a little description (like when it says Handcuffed, Injured or Sleeping) telling you subtle hints like "their eyes are unusually wide"
[-] Very hard to make / get
[-] Screen effect that is annoying, to try and deter people from using it all the time
[-] Random siren sounds that come at random times, even past the time you have used it an can go on randomly for atleast 10 minutes unless you die.

Heroin
[+/-] Can be slipped into food to get someone addicted against their will
[+] 10% extra speed
[+] 10% slower hunger decrease speed
[-] Addictive
[-] Like with my suggestion for the Meth, hints in the description depending on how long the user has been "high", such as "their skin seems pale and patchy"
[-] If you don't take more within an amount of time stated in chat once taken, you die

Weed
[+] No come-down
[+] Makes you move 5% faster when around people out of anxiousness / paranoia
[+/-] Lasts for up to 5 minutes
[-] Sirens play randomly
[-] Description of your character tells people about weed scents
[-] Still takes a while to grow
[-] Hunger decreases quicker (20% faster)

Conclusion
This took me alot of thought and I think it would be nice to shine a few more lights onto the drug system of Lime-Light because it seems so neglected. Not all of them could easily be implemented, I understand, but it would be nice for things like Meth to have a use, and cocaine to be more "exciting".
