Description: Give the ability to use weed on placed food similar to how you use the poison.

Why: Ok, I know this is gonna sound whackey, but hear me out. Lets have it so if you place food down, instead of dropping or giving it, you can then look at the food and click "use" on the weed. This means that the food is now like weed infused and eating gets you high. Imagine how sick that would be.

Ya boi Puf: "Ey gimme some chinese food".
Leon: "Ok $300"
Ya boi Puf: "Put a lil extra somethin so I can MRDM - high."
Leon: "Ooooo, extra $200"
