Explain your suggestion, in detail: Remove the keypad and advanced keypad limit.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: It limits RP, people wanting to do prisons, asylums or safety deposit boxes can't do so because of the hard limit on keypads (12).

I personally never needed more then 12, but I do not really seem the harm in it. Would like to know how they effect performance (if at all, I kinda doubt it.  ) but +support

Can we add buttons to this suggestion as well?
