Description: When speaking, have your IC name pop up in the bottom right. And if you're masked, have only your Steam ID pop up in the bottom right. Also, add the well known F3 Recognition system where you hod F3 and you can select people to recognise you, although your Steam ID will always show in case of rule breaking.

EDIT: bfor somma u say "why?", metagamin innit, not everyone's gon follow the rules so y not make it harder for em to break?
