Even someone who made a PR had a in-appropriate job title

Enforcing your spelling or any other naming constraints to the custom job limits roleplay. Most of the supporters of this thread are against forced roleplay. Should be against this too.

But people are forced to roleplay within the limits of the server rules.
And in this case, I believe that people should be forced to make up names that are distinguishable from a random order of letters.
Names like that don't enhance or improve roleplay in any way whatsoever. If anything they limit it and slow it down.

How do they limit and slow down RP?

How do they limit and slow down RP?
By lengthening the time of their job titles being read, for example, thus limiting what can be done in that time period.

Even DarkRP doesn't have ridiculous job titles such the ones exampled.
I fail to see how this limits role-play opportunities. We need to maintain an ounce of maturity & seriousness and unfortunately these ridiculous job-titles do nothing but create problems. If you're a "thug" you don't need to re-define this into something completely absurd and almost indistinguishable. Job-titles reflect your RP both in an IC/OOC manner. I'd argue that a misrepresentation of the job title might bring forth issues regarding improper job titles for their role-play. It creates problems both for English speakers and ESL speakers (English Second Language) by creating confusion. The custom job ability should not be abused by people that think that changing their title to "x T h U g g s T a x" has the same role-play value. Your title must be specific in the role-play you are participating in because it defines what you can and cannot do. I understand there are times when misspelling adds RP Value however this rule wouldn't prevent that.

"my job is thug so I have a valid reason to kill" is a job title that is clearly correct then?
