however im not to sure wether option 1 would be such a good idea. Seeing the risk for its abuse it might be better to just depend on fear rp etc. Afterall theres not that much use to it.
random thought:
If i see someone crashing his can and i just pump him up with liquor whilst hes injured..... i could frame him for DUI. Although i doubt that this is gonna be to common (and if it would id probablyx be worth it)
There should probably be exceptions however. So trolls dont kill people by feeding them Mr.Beans old pair of shoes whilst they are injured/unconcious.
