Where as you, have hundreds of more hours than PrisonDad and he didn't know that he shouldn't spawn it.

So as you can see, this RR gets approved yet he accidentally brought the limo. Now I found another one by my pal.

Please do explain this as i'm confused how what  did is different to what Prison Dad did. Why did one get approved and the other denied? Something about FUMUKU?

- I didn't drive the Limo
- I already had one in my inventory
- I didn't buy it to "Test it out" like Prison Dad did and stated he did in the refund request.

Uhhh PrisonDad didn't buy it to test it out.
He was looking through the list of cars and accidentally clicked on it instead of clicking the box around it, he clicked the green button. He then just drove it around as he thought "what the hell I may as well".

There's no way of proving that though. From our logs, he bought it, spawned it, drove round in it, then asked for a refund.
The thing is Gungranny has so many hours that he knew what he was doing was wrong.

Prison dad didn't.

Staff Perspective:

ForceGhost:

He bought it.
Claims he bought it to replace what he thought was refunded.
He didn't spawn it since the purchase as staff checked.

He's given the refund and it's deemed a server glitch (As it was meant to be a refunded car due to the new REP stages).

PrisonDad:

He bought it.
Claims it was an accident.
Test drives it.
Says it is still an accidental purchase.

With what evidence is given, staff have no choice but to deny it due to their refund rules.

TL;DR: If PrisonDad bought it on accident, he needs to NOT commit actions that make staff think otherwise. Evidence is key in these refund requests, and PrisonDad driving the "accidental purchase" from logs makes it look like it wasn't an accident.

Prison dad didn't.

I actually didn't as the rule is too vague to constitute what is and isn't safe. Seeing as a member of staff was advertising his Twitch Stream, I saw no reason to not advertise a gambling site (Which wasn't really the point of it tbh. It was just for a 3% bonus to the site when I use it.)

Once I was convinced by staff that it was falling under 1.7, I changed it and began to discuss the rule.

Well maybe it should be made more obvious and a little harder to buy a car.
E.g: A derma menu pops up saying "Are you sure you want to make this purchase" on vechiles.

With someone who has under 10 hours, you can't expect them to know this.

When you come on LL services, you are expected to have read all rules on all platforms. He is no exception.

Sad Really not nice considering I'm actually nice to you on steam and the last thing I asked you on steam before you blocked me was irrelevant to LL.

He is free to block people on steam as he pleases, he does not need proper reasoning if he wants to block someone he can do so without repercussions

Never said he couldn't, just not a nice thing to do Big Grin
I do love the kindness of teachers on this server, very respectful indeed.

next time you wish to post Steam Messages, please contact me for approval. Also do remember, this is about staff discretion, not you getting what you've been dishing out for the past 2 months.

Not against the rules as it may not be you in the image Wink
I just wanted to show a teachers opinion on me - It might not be you, but it is a teacher.
Also how the fuck is it identifiable?
He said I had down syndrome because of a post on a garrysmod server forums, not very nice for someone who is supposed to be respected.

You are really de-railing this just because you got insulted in a private conversation? Ok.....

Anyways, I don't think this is getting anywhere. It's mostly Quest vs the whole of the staff team and this question has already been answered. I think it may be time to shut it off as this is just toxicity.
Yeah it is mostly Quest VS The Staff team and do you know how isolating that is? I don't mind it when I'm in a TS with y'all and you guys actually treat me ( most of the time ) like a fucking human being. But as soon as I hop on the forums and type some fuckin' bs because I'm angry everyone just turns on me. I feel like I do put my self in the mentality that everyone is against you but when you can't even talk things out in a casual way and constantly have to create things like this it's just isolating.

You know what? If I joined this community as a new player with 0 hours there are things I would change and posting B.S. threads like this is probably one of them. I'm gonna be honest, I write them when I'm angry with something - or usually just some one ( which is fuckin' immature when I think about it ) and after I actually read the responses I just think I'm dumb. Which is why a lot of these posts get removed by myself.

I'm sorry for what I've done and I'm requesting this to be closed.
But for the image, I don't think what I did was against the rules.
Closed.
