I @ called it on Tuesday and I believe I also did on Wednesday.
PRing is easier than @ calls because you know that it's been dealt with.

To say that it boils down to the context of the situation is, in my opinion, a misrepresentation of the truth which is really that it's just giving administrators the ability to issue a punishment based on their own perspective of the situation and how they feel like handling it. It's simply to give them power in situations and it's why you'll see them give longer punishments to individuals they don't necessarily like, players that have had a history, or for any other reason.
There are no guidelines, there are no minimum/maximum boundaries or suggestions that keep these punishments consistent. However, let's not lie and say it's all dependent on context when it's really just about withholding the power of being able to dictate punishments at your own discretion. If you have preset punishments you'd probably have more intentional rule infractions due to the fact that these individuals would go into situations knowing what possible consequences they might face

Nightmare, why do you think that whatever we post it's 'blown out of proportion'
You, an admin, will see differently as you're on the other end of the gun.
So for once in your life, see someone else's opinion and not just jump to what you deem necessary

The fact it's already been discussed once, and this topic has been brought up on several occasions leads me to believe this is being blown out of proportion. Enforcement of the rules has and always will be for the foreseeable future, at the hands of the member of staff who's handling the situation.

An accidental buy does not look accidental when you buy the car, test drive it, and then make your @ call and refund request afterward. Just looks like you bought it to test drive it, then didn't like it and decided you could pretend like it was accidental to get a refund. That is the main difference that matters here.
