Explain your suggestion, in detail: While in cuffs or tied up you can turn your radio off (Only off)
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Becuase police radio and some others can be very loud so when your talking to someone face to face its hard to hear them.
It should automatically be turned off when Handcuffed or Tied up as a form of way of "Removing all equipment" from the user.

Approved.
Approved for the radio to be forced to the "off" state in those circumstances.
