Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Keep the model you have been set by a staff member over death and respawn. When changing job, the model is removed.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
It is annoying at times when you have recieved a model change for a staff member and you die and lose your set model whether you died in combat, injuries or crashing. The model set by the staff member should stay until the player disconnects, changes into a outfit or job.
-support, model changes don't happen a lot, and if its about FUMUKU just ask BD as you always talk in TS.

And the times they do happen, would it not be easier to keep it set as such to not have to come over @ or /pm to request the model again because they died for whatever reason? I'm unsure how BD or FUMUKU plays into a suggestion which is not an uncommon ask for someone wanting to roleplay as, for example, a plainclothes police officer. Let's also not forget to mention that not every staff member is on the game or available to respond 24/7 due to timezones or otherwise.
Moving on from the seemingly focused post I've quoted, +support.
And say you're no longer doing that RP after you die? They'll have to remove it from you. Which will still require @ or /pm. It's just useless

The noticed job model change majority generally disconnect or change jobs when starting a roleplay. Staff don't have to give model changes but they do because it changes the way roleplau develops and it looses it's effect when a player in your group or even yourself dies.
Even if it isn't the case, sending an @ call is an easy solution and if it goes unnoticed or unseen it is not the end of the world as there are many things which I states before and that is still current to this day.
First thing is I states that if any of the following is done
The model set by the staff member should stay until the player disconnects, changes into a outfit or job. then th3 model change is removed. In addition IF your job has more than 1 model which the majority do, you can change into that and you'll have one of th3 default models.
If players aren't trusted with a model path then they wouldn't be given it. Simple.

Definitely makes our lives easier and does make sense. I would opt to also have a reminder pop up every now and then to say that you still have the playermodel assigned, and if it isn't required anymore then please contact staff or something similar.

or have a user command to remove their set playermodel if they don't want it anymore?
I was going to say that, but we have enough commands as is.

It alot of clans that have the issue.
I don't know if it's possible but if I'm wearing the same model all the time can't we be given the model has a invinventory item but not being able to drop/give.

They can just change their playermodel in the "F1 > Character"

There is a clan command that people in that specific clan can use to set their own model (presumably from an array of models that are defined for the clan).
