Explain your suggestion, in detail: Once you reach 10 REP's, you can weld props to your vehicle. Also, add a rule that prohibits armor plating or similar modifications that may make your car bullet proof and to not "over-modify" your vehicle without staff approval (such as making an APC body, making specialist behicles to avoid restrictions (Custom Tow Trucks, Bearcats), or turning the car into a land speeder from Star Wars (even though that could fall under FailRP too)).

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Simply just adds to car customization and adds another milestone for REP's. And, no. This won't kill the Mechanic job (if we got the Vcmod updated we wouldn't have to really bring that up, but I know it isn't Dev's priority at the moment.). The mechanic job can still be used for towing, repairs, etc.

I find this totally useful for when people need stuff welded to their vehicles and an admin/mod isn't there when needed or it's there but have the shit excuse (some of them, not all of them) of "I don't modify cars" and it is really annoying having to wait almost a fricking hour for someone to attend your call, I mean I know that you're way busy dealing with the server's "out of control" area all the time, anyway; I'd really love to see this implemented as with its obvious rules

Should be around 10-15 Rep's imo.

would be cool to have that (working trunks, trailers etc.). theres some risk of abuse but the rep requirement will help narrowing it down

But 10 Reps? Really. Maybe 8+ instead
+support for those with 15 - 20 REPs and with strict rules / certain unrealistic props blacklisted from being able to be welded to your vehicle.
Pushing for Staff Review.
