I can imagine the admins laughing at this post - I'm a comedian for my job, lets hope they do laugh, ey?

I know for a fact you admitted to me you're his friend when I walked over to you, you can barely hear anything when I'm there due to your mic A) Being terrible. And B) The echo and your friend over talking you in Discord/TeamSpeak.

I'm not arguing back and forth as you're a waste of my time. So I'm going to allow the staff to respond and then I will update as and when.

Thanks.

Is this guy for real? Now you are blaming my Blue Yeti microphone. If you believe I admitted it, I will repeat this again, give me the timestamps. You know that these are all empty words without any evidence right?
You need evidence to prove that you are unguilty, you can't just expect the staff members to take your word for it when at the same time we have witnesses, screenshots, and videos. Due to your 6 REP and your high hours, you should know a lot better. It is really disappointing and annoying at the same time as you just ruined our fun night by breaking 12.1 and possible 3.6 meta-gaming.

12.1 is raiding the President if you linked it right in the original post.

good job.

'Summary:
12.1 - You need a valid reason to raid the President (or anyone else). Do not raid the president for money, because of high taxes, because you
don’t like certain laws (unless they drastically impact your character), or as retaliation for being arrested by the police due to your own actions.
Before raiding the president, you need to show that you have attempted and exhausted the possibility of a peaceful resolution. You need to have
an appropriate underground job set via /job before raiding anyone – don’t raid as the default “Citizen” job without using /job first.'

and

We did a perimeter sweep as the first house, the offender, had fortifications acting as if it was a raidbase which made us think that it was made for the intention of armed and aggressive conflicts. This made us think the area was a hotspot for armed, dangerous activity so we sweeped surrounding houses.

and

12.1 isn't relevant at all

and

that's it.

thank.

What the hell are you talking about? Can't you see that it says "you need a valid reason to raid the President (((or anyone else))). Yeah that's right, OR ANYONE ELSE.

Did I make it clear for you?
Raid rules:
12.1 - You need a valid reason to raid the President (or anyone else). Do not raid the president for money, because of high taxes, because you
don’t like certain laws (unless they drastically impact your character), or as retaliation for being arrested by the police due to your own actions.

You should be more familiar with the rules as you have 2 REP(s) and hundreds of hours. I just don't think you care at all.
A'ite gents. Let's calm it down in here.
Any more insulting here will lead to a forum warning.

Normally random raiding is dealt with ICly, speaking to the President and dealing with it that way. There are lines that can be crossed, which would take the situation OOCly, however, I don't feel as though they were crossed in this case.

You two gents sound similar, are in buildings next-door to each-other, and as soon as one was cuffed, the other charged over to start defending them. I feel as though this area is grey enough that a punishment should not be issued.

That being said, this is an issue that will be discussed further internally.

Do the accused players, or the accusing players have anything else to add?
Nothing to add, nothing to punish in my eyes. We followed the rules, stuck to the presidents laws and arrested them with reason. They could have gone to the president at the time to issue a demotion, but because I ruined their night, it became an OOC issue.
Respond to Doctor Internet: We tried to talk with the president who was Jompe at that time, but he said he was busy and couldn't do anything. So, that's why we are here in this PR today. These gents broke 12.1 and possible 3.6 meta-gaming which is totally unacceptable.
After a time, Jompe resigned and Leon became the president but the laws were still made by Jompe.
I demand the player reported players answer a question from the PR. Quote; "Why did the SWAT even go there? The SWAT is only supposed to drive out if there is something serious and dangerous going on (if weapons are seen and such). But we had not been shooting at all, not taken people hostage or harmed anyone. And despite this, the SWAT went straight to our house, not the police, but the fucking SWAT." <--- FailRP?

I would also demand the reported players to answer my question which is: How do you know that some of the contrabands in 1 Richard Drive were mine when the owner of the house is ZooM? Isn't that meta-gaming? If not, please explain how.
I would also demand the player reported players to answer the question "I saw this happening. I saw that the SWAT unit rushing into 1 richard drive, the house that had nothing to do with 3 richard drive. I saw that there were no windows and no fences. And you said that you were searching the whole perameter? Then why didn't you search my house? I support this PR!". This is the question made by "Donkey" and the comment is #9.
Player Report Denied.

A lack of evidence for wrongdoing, plus conflicting stories from both parties which are unfalsifiable along with precident for in character action has led to the conclusion that no punishment will be issued.

This rule will be discussed further internally however.
