Summary: I was responding to a radio call that made to the clan radio exclaiming that we're
being raided back at the Mesa Apartment we owned. I drove from Main ST. To the Mesa Apartment complex and when driving
down griff Dr, I was brake checked by Wesley. Most likely not intentional, but I still lost my rag a tad bit as I was
in a hurry to get back and assist Bananen. I noticed the bullbar/lights on the front of his car so I clocked it was a
cop arriving to the 911 call made about our apartments. To save them from entering, I decided to hop out and place
them both under clear gunpoint. As you can see in the clips below, I had both of them covered in my shotgun crosshair
and clearly instructed them to exist the vehicle. My intention was to tie them up, and bring them to a place where I
could hostage and RP from there, etc. If you listen to the clip (Subtitled to make it slighly more clear)   states
that he's not "doing this" and I can "Post a PR, do what ever the fuck you want" as he couldn't be bothered to RP the
situation out. hops out the vehicle, you can still see him CLEARLY in my sites and proceeds to shotgun
me down whilst under FearRP. At the point of me being down, he states "I wasn't in your line of sight, Wesley was, I wasn't." in
Local OOC. (Screenshot Link below). You can clearly tell he was, and simply couldn't be bothered to RP out and chose
the quickest option to escape from being hostaged, etc.

Secondly, the Fireman "Nate21" (SteamID: STEAM_0:1:47617501) Was pretending to be EMS, healing the officers on scene
during a raid. He even radio's in on the clip below : "We need EMS to Mesa Apartments" whilst the raid was underway.
"xPrike" an officer (Unable to get SteamID.) Then asks for someone to patch him up, again, the FD begins to "play"
medic and heal him during the raid. I have no idea why "Nate21" was even on scene as there was NO fires. Nor did he
need to be there to pretend that he was a medic for the officers knowing a raid was going on, considering he's got
100+ hours.

By the time you had me in your line of sight my weapon was already drawn.

I had my focus on you the entire time through the window, and as I walked around the vehicle. Not only that, the way you two presented yourselves with the attitude from Wesley like that, it seems like you didn't care much and wanted to just skip the RP and kill everyone in your site.

You can literally see I point my gun at you, before I even reach the front I get a response of "No, we're not doing this" so yall saw me anyhow. Secondly, my circle crosshair was on you through the window as I saw you jump out (as asked) but then you pull a gun on me and just straight up shoot me even though you were clearly in my line of fire, and under FearRP.

You can literally see I point my gun at you, before I even reach the front I get a response of "No, we're not doing this" so yall saw me anyhow. Secondly, my circle crosshair was on you through the window as I saw you jump out (as asked) but then you pull a gun on me and just straight up shoot me even though you were clearly in my line of fire, and under FearRP.

Gun was already out but was on safety, I then flicked it off safety and fired upon you.

I can literally see at 0:16 in the video you hop out, no gun - a split second later you have it on safety. You never had a gun when you exited the vehicle. Even if you did, which I can see you didnt, you were under FearRP. So why just shoot me point blank knowing you're under FearRP?

To give my side of the story, which, could have been given to you without making such a big fuss about it:
I was called out by the president (?) to respond to Mesa. This was done per distress call. I was unsure of what was happening and as far as I can remember; no shots were fired until our situation was far done.

When I started to respond and turned the corner onto the street that was on the right of the parking lot, I started to lag badly at about 25-30MPH. This required me to slam on my brakes (assuming there was no vehicle behind me). However, there was. You crashed into my rear (even though there was enough space for you to pass my stopped vehicle) and gave me quite the aggressive and unnecessary response.

I shook it off, accelerated and continued my way onto the parking lot. At that point, you surpass me, ramming me unnecessarily once more and then parking up front. Still not sure of what was going on, who you were or what your intentions were, I decided to park up as well and check out what the distress call was about.

At that point, you step out of the vehicle and take your shotgun out. Saying ''get out the fucking car, motherfuckers'' which I felt was directed at the incident that happened earlier at the street (something I couldn't prevent from happening) and felt it was unjustified to try and get us out of our vehicle because of that or just simply because we were cops. Which, by the way, is a subject we talked about in the Local OOC chat in the other bit of the original video that you cut out. Feeling a bit targeted and harassed during this, I responded with the response I gave you (which was an attitude I rarely have) and wanted to step out after all. However was faster than I was and took you out when he was out of your line of sight (or so it seemed from our point of view), before I had a chance to get out of the car.

Thank you for your honesty. I will start by addressing just some of the comments made.

1) I shook it off, accelerated and continued my way onto the parking lot. At that point, you surpass me, ramming me unnecessarily once more and then parking up front. -- As you turned, I hit you, simple mistake. Again the connection isn't great which you can see in the video. The Bentley's brakes aren't amazing either.

2)At that point, you step out of the vehicle and take your shotgun out. Saying ''get out the fucking car, motherfuckers'' which I felt was directed at the incident that happened earlier at the street (something I couldn't prevent from happening) and felt it was unjustified to try and get us out of our vehicle because of that or just simply because we were cops. -- I addressed this in LOOC to you whilst you were with me. I never intended the situation to pan out as if it stemmed from the ram/crash incident. It was due to me noticing yall were cops arriving to the 911 call that my clan radio'd in to me to respond to. I will agree it can come across that way, but it most definatley wasn't due to the crash as if it was, I would have pulled a gun at the crash point, and not allowed you to drive away, etc.

3)Local OOC chat in the other bit of the original video that you cut out. -- I'm not sure which part you mean, if you're talking about the rest of the conversation regarding you not accepting my side, and why I pulled a gun then I didn't see need to include that as it was you stating your opinon as to why I pulled a weapon. Harrassment is a huge statement, and a massive accusation to suggest I'm "targeting" you. You broke the rules, simple. I don't target players to post a PR on them as if I did, my PR count would be high, logically speaking.

4)However was faster than I was and took you out when he was out of your line of sight (or so it seemed from our point of view) -- With you saying this, you're stating that it looked from YOUR point of view he was in the clear when in fact he wasn't as you can see in the video, so I hope that Octagon can accept he messed up.

Again, thank you for submitting your side, Wesley. I will more than likely leave this to staff now as I don't want to start a "you did this" and "you did that" sort of argument.

So when you break the rules it's a 'simple mistake'. Understandable. We can clearly see in the video that you got a little worked up with this situation and that actually you're the one who overreacted. You say you saw our lights, something with you saw in third person might I add.

You're not exactly helping yourself here, Octagon. It wasn't an intentional ram at all. He slammed on due to connection issues, I was driving and the amount of time I had to react with the Bentley's brakes isn't long enough. I got worked up due to the rush of me trying to get back and assist my clan and save my items (contra, etc.)It was actually all in-character, which the description of my character is "angry" in that section, so I was well within my RP/Character's personallity. I've not once stated anything regarding my overraction, and I don't see a rule against me overreacting in a rush to actually RP a raid out or to RP as my characters description. I did see lights and the bullbar, yes. Driving in third person has never been an issue? If I couldn't look around in third person whilst driving, why is it an option? Why are we allowed to use third person as an option if it's against rules to spot something so obvious on a vehicle when in that camera mode?

I personally find it easier to drive in that camera, it's easier as I can see the curbs (Bentley GT's love to blow up if you touch them) and also when it lags, I can see more in front if I'm getting extremley bad connection to the server, or the server is lagging in general which isnt an unknown thing to happen. I can't see why I should argue with you any further as you're going round in circles, and picking something up where I haven't broken a rule and trying to use that to defend yourself. As stated to , I will leave this to staff unless further comments are requested by the said staff member who is assigned to deal with this report.
