Before I conclude this later tomorrow, I'd like to request POV footage from or if they have it. If not, the conclusion of this case will be expedited.

My apologies, . I mostly don't have anything in the background running to record footage with to try and counter any lag I might experience. ...Evidently it proved insuffient as I still have lag spikes now and then in populated areas.

Apologies for the delay in conclusion, as I needed to make sure I reviewed everything prior to coming to a judgement call on this incident.

I've determined that all of the involved players have violated our rules in some way or another, and thus all reported players will be receiving punishment. Please note and that if a shotgun or other firearm is pointed to your vehicle, it then applies FearRP on to the entire vehicle which is something I feel wasn't entirely acknowledged during this situation.

Player [L²:RP] Lord Octagon (STEAM_0:0:65579019) will receive a week's suspension for breaking FearRP, with a 4 hour weapons blacklist applied. The length is mainly down to this player's level of experience with the community, being a Teacher and having 1000+ hours. I would much expect better.

Player [L²:RP][F.I] Wesley (STEAM_0:0:51116464) will receive half a week's suspension for breaking FearRP. It was determined that your comments said verbally were an indication of refusal to follow orders under gunpoint and obviously that constitutes a FearRP violation.

Player Nate21 (STEAM_0:1:47617501) will receive a 12 hour suspension for hanging around a dangerous situation.
