Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Remove or increase the number of uses players can use any Stolen Uniforms.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
It is really demoralising and kinda makes the uniforms useless at times to use it and never be able to claim it back. As you may have noticed, I have two different types of things. Personally, the Removal would be a personal favourite but I can see the cons towards it. We all have experienced things where you put the uniform on and an officer sees you. They talk to you and they find every and anyway they can to make sure you don't get in or get caught and it does destroy moral of this kind of roleplay as the item would have been made useless. Below are the two suggested methods and why they would be a good idea.
Removal of the Limit would allow players to equip them and make them much more rare such as with the current Hazmat Suit that has been scooting around the player market. It would make interesting roleplays available and it will ensure that players are able to do a roleplay and not worry about wasting a uniform as it does take moral out of doing them roleplays as discussed prior. To prevent people from abusing this current stolen uniforms should be kept with their temporary state and make newly found uniforms follow this new system.
Extended Limits on Uniforms would allow players to equip them many times before it'd break as this would allow them to keep trying and if they do get caught they don't have to worry too much about it as they may be able to retry this again. I would recommend the limits of 5 or 10 to allow for some use of the clothing.
