The server is currently running the Rockford map, so Evocitys police force has no jurisdiction, therefore Evocity liveries have no place on the server. 

If anything, the liveries should be tailored to say Rockford PD, but even then, blank liveries would be best suited as it opens up possibilities for player set job titles without restrictions with the vehicles.
