Why should you be unblacklisted?: First off this was a while ago now. Also i dont understand how me doing a jail break, yes it lasted 20 mins. The Jailbreak only lasted that long because every time we tried to make a push 7 more cops and 3 more Swat came running down the stairs after about 15 mins we managed to push up to Garage were we still couldnt push out the main Garage Door. This was obviously due to cops 1 by 1 respawning, i guess maybe some people were breaking NLR But that can not be proved. Eventually we surrendered our self because we had no ammo. So please just consider this unblacklist.
Evidence:
The staff-members have received your unblacklist-request, [L²:RP] Tom.
It will take a while for it to be reviewed.
Do not bump unless it's been more than a week without a response. SirWulf will be looking at it when he has time.
, yes this was awhile ago. But I do remember the case very well. You had walked into the jail by yourself solo in order to save a friend without any roleplay involved. After you opened up the cell and after arming up your friend, you two then proceeded towards the exit.
Now this in itself is not all that bad besides the whole lack of RP. What pushed things over the edge was when you had started using the third-player setup to your advantage to peak around corners while your character is completely safe. With the very narrow and long corridor of the jail entrance, that is a very distinct disadvantage to the police officers. This tactic lead to your successful killing of many officers. (And yes, I was actually able to confirm that you were using third person, switching between sights then third person).
After this, you ended up ducking into the security room where you and your friend held yourself for a very long time, again mainly due to third party peaking around the corners.
During all of this, about 3-4 staff members other than myself (I don't remember who as it was a long time ago), talked about what was going on and how we should move forward for it.
Instead of a ban we had opted for the Weapons BL that you ended up receiving.
Is there anything else you would like to add?
Okay. Thank you for responding, i don't understand how it was RDM, because i am not starting a random death match it was a jail break that went wrong with swat running down corridors we had to take them all out, which was successful so we moved into the main corridor leading to the garage after some time we pushed into garage there my friend Angus Died and i gave up.
If i may add there is no rule against using third person, maybe it is wrong and i know that know. But to avoid someone else getting bl for this reason i would add a rule

At the time, it was questionable why a single person would run into a fairly heavy duty jail compound solo in order to break a friend out of jail who was only just arrested, without an RP involved in it. The RDM is related as if you have no RP reason for the killing it is considered RDM. As you had not RP'd the event at all, it looked like you were just doing all of this 'because he's my friend and... I want to'. That isn't enough reason.
As for the third-person, that is something that can fall under Rule 1.1. Using cheats, hacks, abusing glitches and using other third party software to give yourself an advantage over other players. Using the game's third party before using your weapon can be considered abusing glitches, something that was brought up after your BL and that ability was reviewed as a glitch and something that needed correcting, as it is indeed an 'advantage over other players'.
Jail breaks happen in real life, he was serving 15 years and we needed him back in the gang
Hows that not reasonable rp

Yes they do. But not after planning, teamwork and thought. There was no actual RP involved. Did your gang plan out the breakout at the base? Did you have a getaway driver or any other backup? Did you do Intel on the building to determine the officer's location, who is on duty and when the most ideal time to break in was?
No. You geared up and strolled in like it was a public base.
Besides that, my main point is more on the exploit. That is what drove things over the edge.
Anything else you would like to add before we conclude this?
No where does it say im not aloud to play in third person, thats what i dont understand.

I already stated. Rule 1.1, I detailed to you why that rule above.
It does not state you cannot play in third person.
1.1 - Using cheats, hacks, abusing glitches, and using other third party software to give yourself an advantage over other players (such as
autoclickers) is not allowed.
Its neither a bug or a hack
