Read the paragraph I already made. A glitch that did give you an advantage.

I remember being a staff member during the time and talking about it with you in @ SirWulf. Tom, from our perspective, you just ran into the PD, rescued your friend, and when the way was clear, you didn't make an escape, but opted to hold your ground and kill more players. The 3rd person abusing is considered under 1.1 as it's been like this for a fairly long time and you are more than aware of it.

The RDM was due to you having the choice to escape (Like I assume your plan was), but, again, you decided to stay and fight for no reason. At that point it was RDM.

Also, this could be found under 1.9 as well since you are trying to go between the lines of 1.1

You ended up basing in the security room after defending the hallway leading up and out. When you did that you did not make an effort to escape from that room but instead waited at the corner for the next officer to pop into the room.

A fight that shouldn't have happened in the first place.

As we are now starting to go in circles I'm going to call this one.

Tom, thank you for submitting the request. I am however going to deny this one.

A BL was opted instead of a Ban on order to see how well you can RP without resorting to gunplay. Instead you decided to take a long vacation.

I'm glad to see you back and look forward to see what you are up to without weapons.

So at this time, I fail to see any reason to approve or reduce the BL that is on your record.
