Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Recieve a pair of lovely handcuffs when receiving a Law Enforcement or Presidential Company Pass.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
If they are especially working with the law, it would be a good idea to be able to handcuff people much like with the Security Guard rather than the Rope available as it doesn't make the most sense. This should be likewise for the Presidential Pass due to trespassing and securing the president.

The reason I have left out Government Worker is that they can simply be Janitors and wouldn't require handcuffs in their line of duty.

PC should be people like heads of state and the Presidents family members, no need for them to have hand cuffs.
