Definitely.
The ambience was added originally to make the Nexus (back in the days) feel more alive, I have a feeling that without it, the Town Hall would feel dead. Throw in a replacement instead, and I'm onboard.
Disabled for now. We'll look at making it happen less often / have more sounds
