In detail, explain your suggestion:
Add a new section to the Market/Inventory for Governmental Clothing.

Why should this be implemented?
We've had a recent burst of clothing specifically for Government or anyone who has a pass given by the President. In the future, we might even add much more and it keeps the clothing separate from the original clothing that could be added.
