In detail, explain your suggestion: Allow people who make thread the market to move there thread to closed section on the market.

Why should this be implemented? saves admins time having to clean it up |Easy to see when thread are closed/sold.

Btw why people doesn't just DELETE the thread, it's not that hard I believe.

Deleting a thread is as easy as 3 clicks: "Edit", check box, "Delete".

It makes more sense than deleting threads. What if you have to reference some sale in the future?
