People often seem to ask who to contact, or ask for staff using OOC. In this guide, I will explain who you should contact in different situations.
TEACHERS:
If you have a question regarding the game-mode or would like some advice on roleplaying, then the teachers are there to help you! To contact the teacher team, type in your chat: /h <message> If there are any teachers online at the time of your request, then they will try and answer your question to the best of their ability. You may be unsure whether there are any teachers online. You can check this by going into your tab menu. On the very right of the scoreboard, is an image to help you figure out what their job is within the community. If their icon is a question mark, then that shows that they are a teacher.
If you would like to know what every icon means, then I would advise you to look at this very useful guide created by

There may not be teachers online at the time that you need help. If this is the case, then you can ask the players for help, by typing your question in OOC - //<message> You can also ask for help by using the 'Help and Support' section on the forum. Once you have posted your thread, the community will suggest solutions to your problem, or give you advice.

ADMINS AND MODERATORS:
If someone is breaking a rule whilst you are playing, then you can contact a staff member to report them. An example of a rule breakage is if they are attempting to crash the server by prop-spamming. All of the rules can be found in the F1 Menu, under the rules section. Or, you can look at the rules on the forum.

To report someone, all you have to do is type @<message> and a staff member will do their best to respond to you. Make sure not to send your call multiple times, as the staff often get overloaded with calls, and it is hard for them to instantly respond to your call.
Also, make sure that your staff call is informative, otherwise the staff will most likely not respond. If you send them 'admin 2 me' or similar, then that is not informative. They will not reply to you, due to the fact that they cannot look into your report if they are not given enough information. This also means that you shouldn't call for them in OOC, or complain about their response time. As said before, they are often busy dealing with other reports, so you just have to be patient.
However, if there are no staff members online during the rule-breakage, then do your best to collect evidence so that you can report the player. You can collect evidence in numerous ways. The two best ways of collecting evidence are by taking screenshots and recording. To take a screenshot, just press F12 and then it will be saved in your steam screenshot folder. If you would like to record it, but don't have your own recording software, then you can do so by typing 'record <name>' in the console. If you do decide to make a report on the forum, then make sure that you follow the template.
