In detail, explain your suggestion: Replace the limo we have now with the Cadillac DTS limo. This limo can be used by the govermente and the flags acan be removed so this limo can also could be bought by a citizen.

For the gov - 300k 3 gov REP

Citizen limo - 800k 3 gen REP

Why should this be implemented? This limo looks allot nicer and people have been wanting for a limo that can also could be bought and driven as a non goverment worker.
