Suggestion for <in-game/forum/teamspeak etc.>: Loading Screen.
In detail, explain your suggestion: Add tips to the loading screen.
Why should this be implemented? To inform players of certain features, and mechanics.

And maybe add a forced Rules tab after you join the server for the first time to which you tick a box saying: ''I have read and understood the rules.'' and click a button saying ''I agree.''. Just so new players can never use the excuse ''I haven't read the rules yet.'' again.
