In detail, explain your suggestion: Change build server map to Rockford, because the "New map voting" suggestion got approved

Why should this be implemented? Like said:
"I feel like it would be a good idea to move the build server over to Rockford before the main server gets moved over, giving people a chance to start getting dupes adapted/built for Rockford."
