+Support I believe this will not only save time but will be a lot easyer and would tie in with a more realistic housing rp rather than someone building a box and calling that their home but this will also allow new players to not only gmod but players to the server have a easier way of setting up a house and doing an rp

It will reduce the variety of different building in the city and look really dull. I've already seen the other house propped been spammed before. Also changing to neutral.

A lot of people are not making there houses look nice with the props they have now but with theses pack it would make it look nicer
