Why should this be implemented?

Gives variety and the option of having a cleaner chef uniform. I would not like to replace it as the dirty Chef uniform also fits in with various roleplays.

Pretty sure it's just a texture edit, no need for a model replacement.

Massive +support although it'd be cool to maybe look for a totally new model rather than just the texture
