Suggestion for <in-game/forum/teamspeak etc.>: In-game

In detail, explain your suggestion: Allow the firefighters to change out of their full gear and into something more appropriate when in between calls/waiting at the station. This could be a T-Shirt or polo with FIRE on the back and a small dept logo on the front. It's still in uniform but its not just walking around in full gear all the time. I notice there is a locker in the station, perhaps this is where they could change into and out of their gear.

Why should this be implemented? Immersion. Adds another aspect of role playing to the job having to run to the locker and quickly put on your gear before responding to a fire.

+support. Perhaps when the firefighter doesn't have his gear on he can run and jump like a normal human, but will take the same effects to fire like everyone else does, and when he has all his shit on his movement is limited, but he won't die from standings 8 feet away from a fire

Your view is only limitted. You ain't becoming a block of solid concrete. You can actually play dodgeball perfectly while in SCBA gear
