I recall that I also initially thought that the shots were directed at you but at closer inspection in the video I saw that he was in fact shooting at the SWAT officer who was proning in front of your car (the swat is prone and peaks around one of the cars to in front of your car after which the corleone shoots).

Even if he shot you intentionally the issue then becomes that as an anarchist you are helping the government and risking your own arrest afterwards as well (pretty sure civilians going into police raids with assault rifles is illegal no matter their intentions).

Of course it'd end up being illegal. But my character held revenge for an attempt being taken on his life a much higher priority than some jail time.

Okay, I see what you are saying at 3:42 how he shoots your car, but at that point you already know that this is a raid and there is a shootout happening (3:22 shootout right in front of you) and yet you keep driving, and you are driving right to the entrance of his house. Why drive there? There is only his house and a dead end. If you didn't get shot there, what were you going to do next?

The shot was very close to my car to the point where I believed it was directed at me as my third person PoV had my merc blocking the SWAT, so I advanced with the same intentions of revenge.

Fair enough, but if you want revenge, your character has many more options available that make so much more sense, like:

Watch SWAT move in. Either the corleone dies by SWAT and you have your revenge, or the corleone gets arrested by SWAT and you can fuck up his property for revenge, or the corleone wins but is weakened by SWAT so you can move in after the SWAT is dead and finish off your enemy. Or you can not move in either way and just plot an ambush somewhere for the corleone when there is no SWAT and the corleone is not in his house.

It makes no sense for you to move in BEFORE the SWAT in that situation, not as any criminal and definitely not as an anarchist (it's against the essence of your job to help the government). You are putting yourself in danger of getting shot by the corleone AND by the swat during the raid (random masked dude entering a gunfight with a gun, can totally just get blasted by SWAT on the spot), getting shot by swat or arrested after the raid (once again illegally armed masked dude entering a shootout), all because you THINK a shot was directed at you.

I will take all your points into consideration and reach a conclusion in 24 hours. If you have anything else to add you should do so.

With all due respect, thinking a shot was directed at me went out the window when it was the close. If the shot wasn't so scrapingly close, I would of waited. I do see your points but I was more concerned with payback after being shot than anything else as jail time would of been an acceptable trade off for the pleasure of killing the man. SWAT also seemed to let me go.

Also, the letting SWAT kill him was the opposite of what I wanted. I wanted him dead by my hands, hence why I advanced.
