Ingame Suggestion
Explain Currently, doing /teamname will set the entire team's name. I believe it should be changed that /teamname "name" will still change the team name, but doing /teamname gui or just "/teamname" should open a GUI, so that you can set the job titles of each individual member. This would make it easier to set people's ranks (as an example for Police) or specialisations (for SWAT).
Why Improved micromanaging. The ability to update an officers' job if they've done "ec:pd | officer | detective | unit #blaa", instead of "EC:PD | Officer | Detective | Unit #blaa". Allows greater flexibility in the future, if more teams are added (the ability to set different names for Fire / EMS, if there's a Fire Chief added.) Less likely to get demotions for job titles.
If you've got a -support, any chance of dropping a reason with it? It's nice to know why people think ideas are poor.
Alternative Option
