Suggestion for in-game.

In detail, explain your suggestion:
a command that will return a vehicle to your inventory
use of this command is restricted based on certain rules (enforced by the command)
- between 5 and 20 mins after death
- you was the last driver
- recently used
- has petrol

Why should this be implemented?
to help solve issue of people breaking NLR to get vehicle
or having to go back to get it, even so its a new life
but rules will be in place to prevent use of the command if it interfiers with any other RP, eg someone stealing it

* if you think of a way this could be abuse please state and we can improve the idea to account for it

With the restrictions in place, it would be very useful. I have remembered a long time ago when changing jobs and my vehicle is on the other side of the map and it is really a massive piece of effort just to get it so I simply leave it team up with someone. This would be useful, especially if it is such in the Lake or if it is stuck in the middle of the ground for instance. It is not only a very great example of preventing NLR, it would also support as another /stuck including when it is in the water.

Could you tell us the reason(s) to why you don't agree with the suggestion? I'm interested in your thoughts and ideas. :)
As said people would abuse it to get their car back I dont see how a rule would stop them

The rules that states will be (should be) restrictions on the command, not necessarily official rules that staff would be enforcing. At least this is how I hoped the command should work from what Temar has said.
If 20 minutes +support, any less, stop being lazy.
if you can think of a way to abuse not covered by the restriction plz say so i can come up with ways to prevent
and yes by rules i mean the command it self will enforce this
+support this would also make life easier.

As a wise man by the name of  once said "Just because something can be abused, is not a reason to not add it."

Everything on the server can be abused one way or another theoretically, therefore I fail to understand your argument?
