There is no point into making comments that you cannot backup.
Why did everyone in the Channel of the Staff Members that were on the Server get a REP then?
They did not, the 3 mods that were roleplaying as Hollows were the ones that got a REP. Barkles was there and did not. Blackout organized it so he deserved it.
I do not understand why people are slagging off others. Sure some got a REP and some didn't. At the end of the day, if there is another event, maybe you'll get a REP then, if not, another time. Relax a bit. Everyone did a good job regardless if they got a REP or not.
If everyone got a REP, then the REPs themselves would lose their value.
Okay, looky here.
REPs are given out for good roleplay that we notice, throughout the time of the event we kept a lookout for good roleplay to the best we could. We cannot keep track of every single roleplay that is happening at once as well as keep the event moving along so if you did not receive a REP it's either that you did not RP well enough, or you just had not been noticed. The same applies on the main server, you may be roleplaying something very well but at the end of the day, if we do not notice it then I'm afraid you can't be rewarded.

I play for fun no incentives but when other players get reps for doing the same rp as others thats just unfair or is it a coincidence that the people who got reps where in the channel with the admins/mods running the event.

So in my opinion, it's a case of some people getting REPs more often than others because they are noticed more, because they're friends with the staff. If you're in a channel with a member of staff more (and they like you), you're more likely to get a roleplay point if you're doing good roleplay, but if you're doing good RP and you're not great with the admins, you're not going to get noticed as easily and therefore aren't gonna get a roleplay point for the roleplay you're doing, which is why I hate REPs.

Staff were by themselves in Theo's channel. Me and the rest of teachers that were in the event were in bambo's channel.

The thing is, The people that got the REP were the people that got notice and they were the people you know or friends.
I'm not salty at this but I've seen this many times before and this is just another case.

If you are only attending events to get the REPs you need to re-consider why you even go to the events.
Maybe if fewer people ran around chasing scary zombie looking things with knives trying to punch them, more people would have gotten REPs.

This was on the Event Server though, everyone RP'd there.
And if someone doesn't, why not just kick them and give everyone a REP?
You can't really spot all the roleplayers in a event that is chaos.
If this thread is relevant, why not make a thread every time you make a roleplay and don't get a REP for it?

Just to add, anyone who misbehaved in the waiting area was boycotted from REP for the event.

Maybe if less REPs were given to the scary zombie looking things with knives that ran around trying to kill people, less people would be annoyed about this.

If someone starts, many people join it.
Why not make a OOC message saying that it is not allowed, instead of saying it after the event?
Also, why did minges like Mucca and Coupcake get a RP Point? I saw them minging around, not roleplaying.
