Title: Megaphones for The Sergeants

Description:
Give megaphones to the SWAT and Police Sergeant.

Why?:
It is a very unique tool that no other RP server uses.
It enhances PoliceRP.
It improves the strength and presence of the police force.

+support . It would definatly come in quite handy for negotiations, evacuations riots etc. However i would agree that there probably should be a rep requirement of 1 gov rep as i recognise its potential to be abused.
