I cant join the server it says the map 'Differs' from this server how can I fix this?

Temar has a link that you could use. It is the same map that is downlaoded when you join the server so hopefully this should work for you.

Can you make sure, you are not subscribed to any workshop addons that may containing v4b1 map file in them?

couldn't CRC map map/rp_evocity_v4b1/

Clear any addons that may conflict with the map "rp_evocity_v4b1" then try again. After that, clear your addons folder.
