Suggestion:
Modifications to how /PM works.

Details:
The following suggestion involves removing the inherited ability to use /pm and instead make it accessible in (3) different methods.

Method #1 - Mobile Phone
Accessing your PM capabilities on-the-go is often a much needed luxury. In order to make this possible, you must purchase your mobile device from the Marketplace under Misc. After doing so, you are able to access your mobile phone quickly by holding C and accessing the radial menu. For this example, I replaced the radial menu with icons.

Method #2 - Landline
Accessing your PM capabilities at work or at home is possible through purchasing yourself a landline device that can be put on tables or even welded onto walls! Always a lovely feature to install in your home.

Method #3 - Payphone
The free-to-use method. You can walk up to a pay-phone and simply click 'E' to access the PM user interface and message anyone you wish. Fee deducted per message sent.

Possible (Future) Updates:

Cell Service - Personal phone's limited in certain area(s)
Voice Transmission - Able to receive short voice messages phone-to-phone
Landline Numbers - Advertise your number and receive messages into your phone's inbox.

/pm should stay but be for OOC reasons only.

Aye, keep /pm for OOC reasoning and have this for IC.

+support with /pm staying for OOC, as stated above. Great idea and that interface demo looks nice and clean.
+Support Always wanted something like this.

I believe rPhone was actually able to hold live voice communications between two callers, so perhaps this could be possible here too instead of short messages? If anything it seems easier because nothing has to be stored.

Also keep /pm for OOC like other people said bla bla bla I love it
