Suggestion for Game

In detail, explain your suggestion: Remove the Car reported stolen from the cars that are reported stolen and instead included in the vehicle search from the police data base.

So instead of someone looking at the car and figure out its stolen they'd look it up in the police DB

Why should this be implemented?
To stop metagaming. To improve police role-play.

+support Helps Chop Shop RP so a cop doesn't just come in and say "This car is stolen"
+Support, remove the on-car part. Nobody would know magically that a car has been reported stolen. Police, however, should still be able to use ANPR to scan a license plate while driving and not have to manually type it in.

+Support, same as the old 'this person is wanted by the police' shit.

Just keep ANPR part, but maybe with a possible make of the car added?
