Title: Police Database Upgrade
Description:
Add new functions to the already popular police database.
How should this be implemented?:
Add the following functions:
1.) Personal Description for players (see: HL2RP).
2.) Dashcam available for Nexus D. Sec. (as Dispatch).
3.) Custom statuses (e.g. missing)
4.) Vehicle location (if fitted with GPS tracker)
5.) Face Pictures
6.) Wanted List (wanted/warranted players)
