Suggestion for <in-game/forum/teamspeak etc.> In-Game
In detail, explain your suggestion: Increasing the job pay so people could play gov more, using those formulas. it should result in half of the profit of lumber farming.
1) Police
the base pay should be of 750+ 50 for all officers for every contra destroyed + 200 for every meth lab destroyed.
knowing that a lumberjack with no upgrades does 6000 every 20 minutes and 750*4= 3000, seems appropriate to me.
2) SWAT/ SRU
same as police, but more bonus for destroying contra.
3) Medic And Firefighter.
Pay of 600 (2400 every 20 minutes) + 500 for revive or fire putout. it seems fair to me as few people pay medic as of current state.
4) SSA
pay of 1000 with no bonus. he sits on his ass all day, let's make it worth it.
How should the developers add this? (BE DETAILED WITH EVERYTHING!)
raise pays and/or rewards of the jobs.
Why should this be implemented?
right now, to me, being a government official seems more an hobby than a profession. in real life most people pay their bills with employment and not self-employment.

1. Police slot is always full and this will encourage people to afk in those slots, (afk machine etc)
2. Criminals dont get these amounts of large pays either, when they have to buy their gear themselves.
3. Cop have cheap gear, no need to give them even more money.

yes but look at real life: police gets paid accordingly and can buy cars or guns with their paychecks.
and there is no need to afk no job because the sergeant/ pres would kick them, also the pay is half of a lumberjack and people mug just to be assholes as there is no real profit. fishing does more.

That would not be good because you and your friend(s) could team up like one being the medic and two other friends shoot down eachother constantly and the medic can heal and easily get 500. And people could do this constantly as said^

Police don't supply themselves with their own equipment. They are supplied a car and weapons by the department, they don't buy it themselves

Think about it this way. Police are limited in gear, as Criminals are not. Yes police get cheap gear, because that's standard issue gear. Do you really think a Government Issued AR-15 is the same price as an illegally purchased AR-15?

Working for the Government is shitty. Thats all there is to it. The pay is shit, the job is shit, and you get treated like shit.
If you want to get rich, you don't become a cop. You don't become a cop for the money. You do it because you feel called to Protect and Serve your community (Or for the power, if you're a scumbag).
If you're in these jobs just for the money, you shouldn't be in those jobs.
@ Stomm we are talking about a fictional reality, and I fixed the prices at 1/2 of a lumberjack, which isn't that high on the social scale. Also it could be an incentive for good rp'ers to play cops (as now they are mostly ultra brutal kids) or paramedics (made by only bambis and few vets)
