You can just rate it through a response which also allows you to better give feedback. 

Also, adding a poll messes with the votes as some people vote in the poll & don't respond where as some people respond and don't vote in the poll and some do both. It's easier as more simple to just respond with +/-/neutral supports.

Considering that this had no -supports, pushing forward for staff review.
