Your Name: Goku
Issued by: [L²] Noble
Blacklist ID: 68099
Server: V33X
Why should you be unblacklisted?: I find it unjustifiable to blacklist me without knowing the situation in its entirety. I've been tranquilized by a player called 'Tactical Goat' and I was an armed civilian, I've waited too long to cease the moment of killing him to take revenge as I am defending myself otherwise he would've kept tranquilizing me and held me hostage for no apparent reason.
Evidence: Unfortunately there is no evidence to provide, unless Mr. Noble provides it, he will clearly understand the situation. Other than that, my kill was fully valid even if my job name was Armed Civilian.
The staff-members have received your unblacklist-request, Ousmn.
It will take a while for it to be reviewed.
Additionally, just to justify my statement here, he blacklisted me for killing a player in front of 2 officers and not by 'RDM reason', which leads that my kill was valid and not by listening to other players who stated that I RDMed that guy and you blacklist me for 'RDM' reason.
Now where is that rule which states that I cannot kill someone publicly? By god damn defending myself and not highlighting that he tranquilized me for no reason and he is the one who gets away with it and i get the punishment, this is ridiculous.
On a side note: I request for higher positions and admins who have common sense to deal with this unblacklist request, I do not want him to deal with it except for justifying and explaining the situation.
I was there during the whole situation and can confirm he was tranqed, and validly got revenge for that action
So IRL, when a suspect who is no longer a threat is being talked to by two armed officers, I should go up into their conversation as an "Armed Civilian" and revenge kill him? Doesn't it sound more logical to tell the police?
It's an arrest time just like 1,2,5,10,15, is it not? I don't see why this should be discussed in Ousy's unblacklist request

As far as I'm concerned it's not an intended use of the function and appears that you used it to prevent Ousmn from serving a jail sentence for the killing. Refrain from using values under 1 until I get a confirmation from another dev.

Will do, but I did not just use it on Ousy. I've done it before and no one's said anything but I'm glad I'm hearing about this now

After he was being talked, they let him go since officers didn't have conclusive evidence on 'tactical goat', so I had to take actions because he was getting away with it.
So, like I said IRL, an armed civilian will walk between two armed police officers, push them aside, and then proceed to gun down the man with no weapon? I don't think that's how that works. Wouldn't have it made much more sense if you talked to the police and informed them that this man recently shot you (do something like /me shows dart wound on left arm)?
I believe ous did try to tell the police but the officer couldn't hear him as he was breaking up a fistfight
I don't believe that gives him the excuse to shoot an unarmed suspect near police.
