* Doctor Internet takes out <rifle> from his bag.
* Doctor Internet adjusts the stock.
* Doctor Internet pushes the stock into his shoulder, preparing <rifle> for use.
or
* Doctor Internet pulls <pistol> from his bag.
* Doctor Internet ratchets the slide, loading a bullet into the chamber.
Something like that.

Even with the weapon on back thing people can still do this. People who are too afraid to carry rifles and shotguns openly just approach you, read your job name to see whether or not you can retaliate and equip an AK-47 right in front of you.
When equipping a firearm from your inventory it should go into the reload animation giving people a chance to make an escape/pull out their concealed handgun they have for self defense.
+support, should be longer than 3 seconds though. Imo 10 seconds at least.
Edit: only for the inventory pulling, -support for delay when taking it out from being equipped already (besides I dont think it's possible to do that)

What if an officer gets shot at and have No where to cover, it wouldnt really be a good Idea to make him wait 10 sec before he could defend himself, also We have the Guns on back now so I believe agg rp has been ruined enough.

This suggestion was made before the guns on back update, meaning rifles could be concealed back then but the problem still persists even now because a player can have equipped ammo meaning it will make no sound and just pull out their desired weapon, thus bypassing the weapons on back. Officers are open carried. If this is implemented I am sure it will not effect weapons on back.

It wouldn't be an issue, since officers already have weapons equipped.
It would be an issue, if you've got someone under gunpoint, and they use their binds to pull out a SCAR-20 and shoot you in the face.

Moving to high priority.
No loading bar please
Just make a player animation that takes X amount of seconds
Also don't overkill it with the /me
Leave it up to the player to use those, instead of having to have it say he pulled it out from an invisible bag. Maybe theyre grabbing it from under their coat, maybe its a ankle holster, maybe they had it tucked in their belt, etcetera
+support for making a delay when pulling out a weapon from the inventory
HUGE -support for making a delay for taking the gun out when it's already been equipped. It's stupidly unrealistic.

Now that we have weapons on the back, I agree with this.
Fixed with weapons on back and equipped weapons starting empty.
