This Project with all of its contents will be integrated into the Murdock Co. Distribution. This allows me to distribute even more free buildings under one large head entity rather then creating a cluster of single post and threads. Any of the buildings that have been distributed through the CSA Governement Assets Project will continue to be publicly accasible in the Murdock Co. Distribution Project.
This will also include the DTM Police station that reportatly has been bugged and not fully accasible in the advanced duplicator so far.
As a part of the Murdock Co. Distribution Project i also created further versions of already existing contents to match the peoples propcount (eg. the Police station on Waterfront will now be offered in a 30 prop and a 40 prop version, while the Fire station will be offered in 30, 40 and 80/90 prop versions)

btw: all dupes do heavily benefit from a coffe machine and or a sign. As thi s is the best way to save some props and add some detail. If anyone requires a 30 prop edit ill try to shrink the stations slightly although they could lack some serious detail

Hello, My reasons I want to get the Police Station, Is due to because of the following reasons shown below:

1. I rp as an ECDOT Officer, Verifying that Plates are Current
2. When I need to arrive at the station just for a break, I don't have where to stop
3. Whenever I need to do some paperwork, my only resource to do it, is on a table, I don't like it when my car is messy and full of paperwork
4. I think that the station is a very nice place to have around 2-3 cops there, and it has easy access to everything

That is why I want a station, thank you for reading, hope to listen more about this.

Dupe(s) I would like: Police Station

Why I would like the dupe(s): I would like the Police Station dupe because I am CEO of a Private Military Organization and I think that your Police Station dupe would be perfect to RP with. I would also want to use this as a Police Dispatch since I have been meaning to do Police Dispatch RP but haven't found a proper place to do it. These are the 2 main reasons on why I want the dupe.

Thanks for the replies and feedback.
I havent met either of you on the server today (had to work a bit longer). Im probably best to reach between 20-24:00 (gmt+1) but if you leave me a message/reply through the forum or steam i can probably meet you earlier/at any given date.
The replys went as i hoped: a good and breif summary of your aim for the station.
Im currently working on adding more equipment:
- a mobile treatment/triage tent forlarger scenarios (hostage standbysw, storms, riots, concerts etc)
- advanced (no colide) ambulance interior (for stationary treatment [workign strectures] meds etc)
- a killhouse/training-facility for swat and police (involving an indoor as well as a outdoor scenario)
- a simple (no colide) firehose that can be spawned on scene and connected to any firetruck or hydrant.
Most of those are already done but need some smaller adjustment and propper presentation.
If you have any ideas, want to perticipate or contribute ill hapily look into it.

Yeah I had to go sadly. People were coming over. Its the summer I will be on almost everyday.

Why:d Love This Dupe For Roleplaying And Such I've Been Looking For Something Like This For A Very Long Time And I Hope To Get It It Looks Very Neat And A Great Design

i had quite a bit of work to do for a presentation this wednessday. If i cant make it today i can meet you on wendessday or the following days. If i shouldnt be on around for ill liekly be around 6. If that doesnt work just add me on steam.

i am thrilled to announce that thanks to the new update i was able to finish a 90prop-version of the Police station thatallowed me to add parts such as: a locker room, a propper secluded sergeants office, more desk space and equipment, a holding cell, a seprate and imrpoved counter area, a new parking space.

As allways the dupes/copys for this stations will be given out for free. The only thing that changed is that due to the builds high prop count i can only offer a full size (90 props) edition. This requires 5 reputation points. People who dont have said prolimit wont be able to spawn the station wihtout help. However you can still ask for the smaller station (located at waterfront).

Please dont take credit for the build it self as i invested more then 5 hours of building, calculation etc. Feel free to use it for any government related roleplay (preferbly as realistic as possible). And make good use out of my new favorite building

I always wanted eov city to ahve a Police Station supporting more in depth government rp. This was the goal of the previous builds shared in this distrubtion. While evocity-v4 gives us a little more predefined pretty neat desk space at the Nexus i kinda prefer a slightly secluded more customisable building with some neat atmosphere and without an elevatorXD. So this is my solution.
If we can put it to good use and start frequent in depth-rps it might actually have a chance to becom a little popular... and therfore more popular for police rp. The more (good!) attention it gets, the more respondible people use/spawn in the station, the longer the uptime of the actuall station rp (regardless who set up the dupe) -> the more we can contribute to some more in depth roleplay.
(If the station gets a well known part of everyday rp - more people will go there - Even though i realise we likely wont be able to keep it up 24/7 - but probably prime time Wink

)

So to keep it short 2 last notes:
- I highly recomend using all/most of the misc/food assets (coffemachine, firealarm, policecomputer) as it impacts the stations capabilities
- A second more detailed post will probably follow soon if i cant propperly squeze it in the inital post of this thread (to prevent some chaos).

Thanks to a little help from daley i was able to save the latest police station (90 prop edit) to the public folder. The folder is called Mr.Marsh´s Public Government Buildings and will soon contain all the buildings listed in this post.
Once everythign is propperly saved ill updated the original post propperly. Thanks for your support.
